The purpose of this role is
to plan and carry out smooth operations and sales activities, so
as to develop and maintain sales of an innovative opportunity
within the automotive sector based in the GTA, and, ultimately
extending nation-wide.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with the CEO and management team to establish
R&D priorities with initial prototype and source new vendors
to support activities which ultimately include sale of the
franchise. Logistics managements where the manager ensures that
the machinery and equipment used have the ability to produce services for
fleet/corporate/individual clients. Take data from initial
marketing and R&D activities on the prototype to establish a
continued client base and develop operations manual. Operational
strategizing where manager determines the needs of equipments
required to fulfill the organizational quality policy.
The hiring and managing of
technical/support staff also integral. Manage prototype to
fully-operational capacity generating day-to-day sales with this
unit while maintaining existing and establishing new clients.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries of both prototype and
franchise opportunities. Develop marketing strategy for franchise
opportunity and ultimately manage individual franchisees through
planned individual account support.
Maintain and report on
equipment and software for direct marketing and sales reporting
purposes. Liaise and attending meetings, trade shows,
demonstrations and other company functions necessary to perform
duties, aid business and organizational development. |
